Outcome — structure + PV live in 9 weeks
A clear-span warehouse we fabricated, erected and electrified under one contract. The roof was engineered for the panel load from day one — so the array went on without a single retrofit.
EPSCC — Eleventh Planet Steel Contracting Co. — fabrication · erection · solar EPC
We fabricate and erect the structure — then wire it for power. Rooftop arrays, carports and ground mounts outside; inverters, batteries and certified wiring inside. One crew, one contract, from anchor bolts to feed-in meter.

Every building starts twice — once as lines on paper, once as steel in the sky. We are the rare crew that handles both: we fabricate the frame, erect it true, then dress the roof in glass that turns sunlight into profit. Our buildings don’t just stand — they pay their owners back. We’ve been at it since our Sahara Sun days — the name changed; the standard didn’t.
— The EPSCC crew
Line 01 — Steel
Fabricated in-house, erected by certified crews — engineered to carry anything, including the sun.
Line 02 — Solar
External arrays, internal power — mounted on steel we trust, because we built it.

Our engineer walks the site, checks the soil and the sun, and issues drawings you can actually build from. Loads, spans, shading — measured, not guessed.
Beams are cut, drilled and welded in our yard, then primed and painted. You’re welcome to visit and watch your building grow before it ever leaves the ground.
Anchor bolts to ridge cap. Cranes, certified crews and daily progress reports — most sheds are watertight within days, not months.
Arrays mounted, DC run, inverters hung, protection tested. We handle the utility and net-metering paperwork, then flip the switch with you watching.
As-built drawings, warranties and the monitoring app in your hand — plus an annual service that keeps both the steel and the yield honest.

Outcome — shade below, megawatts above
Ninety-six parking bays under a steel canopy that pays its own rent. Fabricated in our yard, erected between two weekends, generating from the first Monday.
Outcome — diesel gensets retired for good
Cold storage can’t blink — so neither does its power. Insulated steel envelope, 150 kWp of rooftop PV and a battery room that carries the critical load through any outage.
Outcome — floor space doubled, bill halved
Our own yard, done our way: a steel mezzanine that doubled the office area without pouring a single new foundation, and a rooftop array that runs it.
Outcome — irrigation at zero fuel cost
Twelve light-steel agri-sheds and a solar pumping station. Water flows hardest when the sun is highest — which is exactly when the crops are thirstiest.
